What is the best way to care for my jewelry?
Even though polymer clay is durable and strong, it still needs to be cared for correctly. It can be easily broken with improper use and storage, especially if the design is delicate. If tossed in a purse or bag full of other items, they are more susceptible to damage.
The best way to keep your pieces healthy and happy is to store them in a cool, dry spot.
Avoid showering or swimming while wearing your jewelry, keep them away from perfumes or harsh chemicals to preserve them!
How can I remove makeup from my earrings?
Getting makeup on your earrings is bound to happen. If this does happen to you, simply use a cotton swab or cotton ball with a little acetone or rubbing alcohol and gently rub the makeup off! It comes or quickly and won’t leave any residue on your earrings.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We will honor requests to cancel orders within 24 hours of their purchase, but will not cancel orders past 24 hours from when they are placed.
We accept returns of unworn jewelry in its original condition and packaging, and buyer must pay return shipping if a return is requested. If you do not contact us within 3 days of delivery, we will not issue refunds, grant returns, or mail replacements.
Please look carefully at item pictures and descriptions, and ask all questions before purchasing.
However, if the item arrives defective during shipping, we want to be as accomodating as possible so please contact us and we can go from there!
What if my package is stolen or lost?
We are not liable for the amount of time the post office takes to scan in an item once it is dropped off, or if a package is lost by USPS, and will not give refunds on this basis. Once an item leaves our hands, we are not responsible for issues that may be caused by USPS, including delayed delivery, lost items, stolen items, etc. We will not refund or replace these items.

• Standard - 3 to 4 business days
• Economy - 5 to 8 business days
• Orders over $65 ship for free
We are unable to provide a guarantee for delivery dates, so please keep that in mind before purchasing gifts, and plan for the 2-3 business day processing time.
